3. What clothes should I wear?
Sportswear, shorts and a t-shirt will suffice.

4. What footwear is appropiate?
Indoor sports shoes with a thin rubber sole. For example, wrestling shoes.

5. Are there changing rooms, showers and parking?
Yes, as provided by Fox Hollies Leisure Centre and West London College.
